Stage 1: Property Analysis and Report
This involves an in-depth investigation of the change of use and/or increase in occupancy numbers process including whether there is an opportunity to save 3-4 months off the approval process.
An audit of the tenancy and building in relation to the elements of the BCA and NCC that will impact the change of use and/or the increase in the occupancy numbers.
We then address, step by step, these limitations and provide a plan of action or “blueprint”of solutions to overcome the limitations to allow the new space to be optimised to generate the revenue, profitability and ROI possible
-Achieve Education approval and Class 9b compliance
-Overcome the obstacles or major non-compliance risks
-Maximise the student occupancy numbers and revenue potential
-Achieve the swiftest way through the entire process possible
-Be fully compliant with the BCA, NCC and Australian Standards

Stage 2: Design Management and Compliance
This is where our client vision for their new campus is formed and is designed, once again, based on a optimised student capacity to allow the for the maximum revenue capacity of the new campus.
All the design and documentation is developed to ensure it captures all the compliance requirements necessary to achieve full Class 9b approval as well all aspects of the solutions developed to maximise the occupancy numbers.
This ensures nothing is missed by the designers or the builders so no nasty variation surprises or delays in getting the final Occupancy Certificates due to missing compliance elements.
Also, all the required consultants are engaged and coordinated to ensure the most cost effective solutions with the maximum revenue potential for the project so at the end, you receive the Occupation Certificate as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Stage 3: Client Side Project Management
